*Adapting Life Home Health Care aims to help our patients adapt to their health realities (either with their new diagnoses or to help them manage their chronic conditions) by providing quality, holistic, evidence-based, patient-centered skilled nursing services to our clients, which will help reduce risk for hospitalization, therefore ensuring that they stay healthy in the community, around their

loved ones. *
-If you or someone you know needs our services (Skilled Nursing, Home Health Aide and Physical therapy), and falls under any below mentioned criteria, please contact us! Having difficulty managing multiple medical conditions
3. Recently underwent hip/joint replacement and now needs therapy
4. Has need for wound care or recently had surgery and needs care of the surgical site to prevent infection
5. Experiencing weakness, difficulty in performing daily activities
6. Has recently been hospitalized and desires to return to pre-hospitalization fitness level
7. Received home health care in the past, but stopped due to lack of affordability, insurance/ other reasons.
-Even if you are not sure if you fit into any of these categories, feel free to reach out for consultation!

Hi FB family and friends! We are currently still seeking Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, PTA and COTAs to help cover our cases in Allegheny County, Beaver County, and Greene County. We currently have part time hours/position available for professionals that are seeking extra hours. The Start of Care RN does the certification/SOC and the PT, OT, PTA & COTA just focus on their therapy duties. We utilize Alora Plus EMR system, which is very straight forward, less cumbersome and easy to use. We are a Parent company founded in 2023 with Medicare and Medicaid License, authorized to serve 7 counties in Western PA. Pay is bi-weekly.
