For some, Spring break is about chasing dreams…

A USC freshman spent the first day of her spring break shadowing in our office. Her lifelong dream is to become an OB-GYN.

At one point Dr. Gleaton noticed a sticky note on her laptop:

“If your dreams don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough.” – Dr. Gleaton

Certainly Dr. Gleaton didn’t author this quote, but it was a reminder that the words we speak into the next generation matter.

That’s why mentorship starts early.

Dr. Gleaton’s niece Lydia recently came by the office and got her first lesson on fetal development. Because you can never start planting seeds too soon.

From curious little girls…
to pre-med students…
to future physicians, nurses, doulas, PT/OT’s, MDR’s, MA’s, administrators……….

That’s how the next healthcare generation begins.
