Just a little reminder to stay on top of your OB GYN visits 🩺
Your yearly appointment is a chance to check in on your overall health, ask questions, and make sure everything is going the way it should.

From basic checkups to screenings when needed, it is all about staying aware and taking care of yourself before anything becomes an issue. It is also a safe space to talk about things like your cycle, birth control, or anything that just feels off.

It might feel easy to put off, but taking that time for yourself really does matter. Your health always comes first 💛

For some, Spring break is about chasing dreams…

A USC freshman spent the first day of her spring break shadowing in our office. Her lifelong dream is to become an OB-GYN.

At one point Dr. Gleaton noticed a sticky note on her laptop:

“If your dreams don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough.” – Dr. Gleaton

Certainly Dr. Gleaton didn’t author this quote, but it was a reminder that the words we speak into the next generation matter.

That’s why mentorship starts early.

Dr. Gleaton’s niece Lydia recently came by the office and got her first lesson on fetal development. Because you can never start planting seeds too soon.

From curious little girls…
to pre-med students…
to future physicians, nurses, doulas, PT/OT’s, MDR’s, MA’s, administrators……….

That’s how the next healthcare generation begins.
