The name Little Heroes was chosen because we believe that every child has their own unique strengths and is truly their own hero.

Elaina brings her passion for pediatric OT from Lenoir-Rhyne University, where she earned her Master’s in occupational therapy. From beach days to baking cookies, she brings warmth, energy, and a whole lot of love for purposeful, child-led play! 💛🍪

She’s trained in CLASI-Ayres Sensory Integration Theory and Interoception, DIR/Floortime, and Astronaut Training 🚀 — because every little hero deserves support that’s out of this world! 🌟

Little Heroes Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team on a full-time basis to takeover a 25-30 hour/week caseload. This role is perfect for a licensed physical therapist who is passionate about working with children and families to promote developmental progress and improve functional outcomes.
This is an ALL clinic-based position offering potential flexibility in hours and scheduling. Therapy services are offered in our West Ashley clinic.

Requirements:
* Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in South Carolina
* Current CPR/First Aid certification
* Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Benefits:

🎉🎉 Little Heroes turns ONE today!! It’s been a whirlwind of a year of opening a new clinic, events in the community, helping new patients, and lots of fun PT and OT activities. We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve the pediatric community and for all of the support we’ve received from friends, family, and long time patients. We can’t wait for all the exciting things coming in year two! 🎉🎉

Our little heroes have been very busy in the clinic these past few days participating in Halloween activities and crafts! We made “ghost dough”, bats and pumpkins, found items in a Halloween sensory bin, and dressed up as zoo keepers! Happy Halloween!
