Some Self Love Practices:
- Trust your gut!
- Create, establish, and maintain boundaries
- Be true to yourself (be YOU!)
- Show yourself kindness and patience
- Celebrate your wins
- Know when to reach out to someone

Some Self Care Practices:
- Taking breaks and listening to your body
- Ground yourself (go outside!)
- Declutter and/or organize your space or belongings
- Reading books and journaling
- Hygiene mindfulness
- Moving your body! Movement is Medicine
