I went back and forth a lot on whether or not purple turf would be cool or obnoxious. I asked way too many people’s opinions and eventually just pulled the trigger. I love it more than I thought I would. The pops of color throughout the space make me smile every time I walk in.

I am covering WFP this weekend and having a blas, but also so excited to come back to my fav place tomorrow. 💜

Things I have learned:

• you really can create your own culture.
• there is more to clean that you could ever imagine.
• you cannot replace genuinely caring about people.
• killing bugs is part of the gig.
• your mental load and capacity will grow to meet you where you need to be.
• people make places what they are.
• ‘gym owner’ is the hardest and best thing I’ve ever done.

Thank you to the people who trust me within these four walls. Feeling so very grateful.
