We had a great turnout for two wonderful speakers last night at our 3rd WWW talk!! Thank you Dr. Lanham and Ashleigh Woods for empowering us with your knowledge on nutrition and fitness, and thank you Caroline Price for expertly coaching everyone through a crossfit workout! Missed a few for the photo, but here are some of the women who put themselves out there!! Great job!
