There is so much noise and misinformation floating around about tethered oral tissues (ties) and what to do about them. It can be such a confusing process for parents. At the end of the day you just want to do what’s best for your little one and your family 🤔.

It’s important to have a community to share your experiences with and a knowledgeable professional to help guide you through the process.

As an occupational therapist and certified breastfeeding specialist, I have helped guide countless families through this process and better understand what is going on in their kiddo’s mouth and body when ties are present. 👅
