If you've been curious about the silks and maybe a bit worried about taking your first class - this is the class for you!

Designed for complete beginners, Madison will teach you all about the silks and how to stay safe in them while also having fun!

Yoga mats are required for this class. We do not allow jewelry in the silks as this can catch and damage the silk or you.
