If you’re relying on coffee to wake up and melatonin to fall asleep… your circadian rhythm needs serious help.

Here’s how to start resetting it naturally (no gimmicks required):
1. Get sunlight within 30 minutes of waking – even just 10 minutes helps.
2. Eat a balanced breakfast with protein + healthy fat before your coffee.
3. Cut caffeine after 12PM – yes, even the “just one more” cup.
4. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day – your body loves routine.
5. Dim the lights 1–2 hours before bed – screens count, too.

Your body wants to feel energized in the morning and sleepy at night. You just have to give it the right cues.
