True Face Foundation hosts a montly meeting every 2nd Thursday at 8:30p. It's one hour desgined specifically to educate/assist Black women with their health, economics, leadership and passion. According to the Census Bureau data, 35.3% of mayors in the US are females and only 3% of those are African American. We believe that it's going to take more African American females in leadership positions to bring upon real permanent changes for all African American females.

Congratulations to Karen Bass for becoming the first African American female mayor of Los Angeles.

Halle Bailey is doing exactly what Black women needs....representing!!! Black cannot expect changes to be made for them if they aren't "In the room." They can't get "in the room" until they are represented. We are so excited to watch all the little Black girls seeing themselves in this way. Way to go Halle Bailey, we see you!

Lastnight we had our monthly meeting where we learned 5 tips we could implement each day to improve our health!!!

Black women are leading in death rates for health diseases. Those are not the stats that we are longing for.

Please do the research daily to improve your health!!
