What if THIS is the root of your health problems…
I cracked open two eggs this week (making breakfast for Axel and I) — one from a local farmer, one “organic” from the store — and the difference was unbelievable.
One yolk was rich, deep orange.
The other was pale and flimsy.
And before you say, “But they’re both organic,” Organic does NOT equal nutrient-dense.
Here’s the real issue no one wants to admit:
We’re overfed… but undernourished.
Stuffed, but starving.
Calories in — nutrients missing.
And when your body isn’t getting real nutrients, your digestion pays the price.
Your gut works overtime, your cravings ramp up, your hormones drift off… and then we turn to synthetic pills, powders, and even injections trying to fix what depleted food created in the first place.
And FYI: farm-fresh eggs are one of the healthiest foods you can eat. They’re not the villain.
The yolk color tells the truth about the hen’s diet — and the nutrients your body actually receives. 🐔
What if the answer isn’t another label… but going back to real food, real soil, real nourishment?
Sometimes your body isn’t asking for more food.
It’s asking for better food.
