Covid check in....
today's feeling resentment
-Do you resent people when they appear to be living life with little struggle?
-Resent the hubby that gets to go to work daily and have adult conversations?
-how about people that don't have kids/financial strain/job security?
Well resentment feels gross at times, but we all have been there.
Tips
-You can always compare up...but balance that with comparing down
-compassion.compassion.compassion
-what does resentment do for you? what is the purpose? does it serve you in any positive way? what happens if you let it go?
-Find something daily that you are grateful for, even if it is small
-get outside, change the scenery, do something different today
-if nothing else works get out of the yoga pants..wear lipstick...and throw in some cookie dough.
