The MUSC Health Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery Program in Charleston, S.C. is a leader in surgical treatment of obesity for people in South Carolina struggling with excess weight. Since 1993, the program has performed thousands of weight loss surgeries and is certified as a Comprehensive Center with Adolescent Accreditation by the MBSAQIP - Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program.
