Lowcountry Physical Therapy Associates, LLC provides Charleston area residents with a local Back, Neck, and Shoulder pain management therapy clinic. We have outstanding results with individuals suffering from chronic neck or low back pain. Research shows that the lumbar extension exercise is beneficial for strengthening the lumbar extensors and results in decreased pain and improved perceptions of physical functioning in chronic back pain patients.
