This meme still makes me laugh—because as someone who works in healing and mental health support, a part of me truly wishes everyone had access to support when they need it.

If I could offer therapy to everyone for free, I would. I’ve seen how powerful having a safe space, practical tools, and support can be during life’s harder seasons.

The reality is, I can’t help everyone—and I can’t replace clinical or emergency mental health services.
What I can do is offer supportive, educational, and wellness-based sessions for individuals seeking guidance, stress support, coping tools, and personal growth.

I’m currently offering limited specials and introductory options for those who feel called—or for someone you care about who may benefit.

If this resonates, feel free to message me or share this post.
Support doesn’t have to be overwhelming to begin. 🌱

Note: Services provided are not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis services. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact local emergency services or call/text 988.

Sending my love 💚🌈✨

So I did something this week that I never imagined I would be able to do.
I stepped out of fear and spoke publicly about my son, Alex—and about my passion to help others turn pain into purpose. 🙏😇

Today reminded me that healing doesn’t mean the pain disappears—it means we learn how to carry it with meaning, love, and intention.

Dawn, who also lost her son Jon to su***de, and I are honoring our boys by working in the community to create safe spaces for healing, connection, and support—the very support we wish we had when our boys were struggling with their mental health.

Alex’s journey with mental health was brief but intense, following several life events that left him feeling lost and desperate. Like Dawn, I experienced firsthand how broken and overwhelming the system can be. We didn’t know where to turn. We were trying our best—and it wasn’t enough.

That shared experience is what brought Dawn and me together.

Out of unimaginable loss, we chose to create something meaningful.

This is why we founded BRAVE – The Alex & Jon Project—to turn pain into purpose, to bring resources, awareness, voice, and empowerment to others, and to honor our sons by helping families feel less alone.

Today was emotional. It was vulnerable. And it was healing.
And it reminded me that even in grief, something beautiful and purposeful can grow.
Sending my love 💚💜🌈✨🪽🪽🌟🌟

January often comes with pressure to “do better,” “try harder,” or finally become the version of ourselves we’ve been promising to be.

But most resolutions don’t fail because we lack motivation — they fail because our nervous systems are overwhelmed.

When your system is exhausted, stressed, or grieving, change doesn’t come from willpower. It comes from regulation, safety, and support.

This year, instead of another resolution, what if you focused on feeling more grounded?

That’s why I created Regulate & Restore — a short-term, supportive 1:1 package designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel like yourself again.

No pressure. No fixing. Just support.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to learn more or reach out.

You don’t need a new you — you need a supported one.
Sending my love 💚💜💫

Next Good Grief meeting will be January 15th from 6-7pm in West Ashley. This is free and open to anyone who would like support with grief. 🌈
It could be the loss of a loved one, a job, a divorce etc. Grief is grief and sometimes we could just use a little support . 🪽✨💜

2026 will be something new but not like every other new year Ive experienced . This one will be different. I’ve learned how to set boundaries. Say no when I need to say no. Honor myself instead of people pleasing. It was uncomfortable at first. But now it feels right and the only thing I will accept. Maybe it’s my age or maybe it’s me finally learning the lessons and value what’s most important. 🙏
When we learn to love ourselves and fill our cup first it will overflow into others cups. We cannot fill from an empty cup. So love yourself. Give yourself what you deserve and need. Live a life worth living and laugh as much as you can! 😂You deserve it all!! 🙌
BTW.. this is the first time Ive shared this photo publicly. 🗡️💜🪽🌟💫
I love you 💚🌈✨💎

A gentle reminder as we step into a new year 🤍

You don’t need a long list of resolutions.
You don’t need to become someone new overnight.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

What if this year is about beginning softly?

Listening to your body.
Speaking to yourself with kindness.
Letting healing unfold at its own pace.
Asking for support when things feel heavy.

Growth doesn’t always look loud or productive.
Sometimes it looks like rest.
Sometimes it looks like boundaries.
Sometimes it looks like simply staying.

Wherever you are as this year begins—
you are not behind, and you are not alone 🤍

✨ Presence over pressure.
✨ Peace over perfection.
I love you 💜💚🌈🪽✨🌟

Today we honor and celebrate our beautiful angel Arnelda Turner. We will not be able to be there physically in Texas for her celebration of life today but will be there in spirit 😇 I know she’s so proud and here with us all celebrating her ✨💖
I miss our Thursdays together but you have more important things to do🪽God needs you on the other side and we know you will be right here anytime we call on you. You have the kindest heart I’ve ever met and I’m honored to have known you and spent time together.
Sending extra love to all those who
love you today💫🌈🌟

🎄 You Are Not Alone This Christmas 🎄

For some, today is full of joy and laughter.
For others, it’s quiet, heavy, and filled with memories.

If today feels hard, please know this: your feelings are valid.

At the Alex & Jon Project, we hold space for grief, mental-health struggles, and the silent pain so many carry—especially during the holidays.

💙 You don’t have to pretend.
💙 You don’t have to explain.
💙 You don’t have to walk this alone.

BE BRAVE
B – Bringing
R – Resources
A – Awareness
V – Voice
E – Empowerment

This is how we honor Alex and Jon.
This is how we turn pain into purpose.

Today I was able to turn my pain into purpose through cooking and spending time with family. Finding gratitude in moments of pain can shift your perspective and can actually rewire the brain. When we are stuck in looping thoughts we can think of a happy memory or momets yiu are grateful for to rewire the brain and raise your vibration. Try it.💫
Sending love and blessings for an abundant 2026 with all you deserve 🙏💚🌈🪽🌟✨🎄😇🎅🏻

💜love, light, and compassion to every heart today.
🤍 We are here with you. 🤍
