Bobbi ​is working again part time as a telehealth only clinician with us here at Neuro Harmony, PLLC. Bobbi graduated from John Wood Community College with an AA in psychology in 1995. That was followed with a bachelor's in social work from University of Illinois Springfield in 1996. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Child, Family, and Community Services with a heavy concentration in Human Development Counseling from University of Illinois Springfield in 1998. Bobbi is experienced in individual counseling, couples counseling, working with co-existing disorders, people on probation and parole, and people in correctional facilities. If you’ve ever chosen “later” over “now,” you have met The Wait.

It promises you relief, but it’s a lie.

The Wait is a parasite that feeds on your potential and leaves behind a quiet, humming anxiety.

To reclaim your mind, you must not fight it with force. You must starve it with strategy.

Follow the rules.

Rule One: Do Not Negotiate. The voice in your head that says “just five more minutes” is not you. It is The Wait. You must ignore it.

Rule Two: Shrink The Enemy. It makes tasks look like monsters. Make them microscopic. Don’t “write the report.” Just “open the file.” The Wait cannot feed on a victory that small.

Rule Three: Act Without Thinking. It lives in the pause between thought and action. Close that gap. Count down from 5, and when you hit 1, move. Ambush it.

A single, small action is a sound The Wait cannot bear. It’s the sound of you taking your mind back.

🎉🎉ATTENTION🎉🎉 Neuro Harmony, LLC is looking to add additional counselors to our amazing team! This position allows you to make your own schedule and decide how many hours you’d like to work each week. Whether you are looking to add a few after school, evening, or weekend hours or would like full time hours we have a place for you.
There is no crisis or “on-call” expectations for this position and training and supervision will be provided as needed.
*You must be licensed to work in Illinois as a counselor/therapist (i.e., LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW).
