Roasted Tomatoes with Burrata
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
2 cups cherry tomatoes (mixed colors, if possible)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 ball of burrata cheese
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Optional: Crusty bread for serving
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Tomatoes:
In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.

Roast the Tomatoes:
Roast the tomatoes for 20-25 minutes, or until they are soft, blistered, and slightly caramelized.

Plate the Burrata:
Place the burrata ball on a serving plate. Gently tear it open to reveal the creamy inside.

Assemble the Dish:
Spoon the warm, roasted tomatoes around the burrata. Drizzle the flavorful juices from the roasting pan over the dish.

Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve with crusty bread for dipping. Enjoy immediately!
