7 weeks ago, I got hired as their health coach and I’m loving it! 😍

Most women aren’t struggling with “not knowing what to do.”

If no one was watching, would you still move the same way?

The first time I practiced sensual dance—not for a stage, not for a man, not for validation—something in me cracked open.

I realized I had been performing my whole adult life.
Arching my back just right. Tilting my chin to be more “alluring.” Moving in ways that looked sexy but didn’t actually feel like me.

I didn’t even know what my sensuality felt like without an audience.

But in that moment, alone in my body, something shifted.
I moved slower. I let go of the angles, the control, the idea that sensuality was something to be given instead of something to embody.

And for the first time… I felt sexy just for me.

Not to be seen.
Not to be desired.
Just to feel.

And that changed everything.

Everything in life comes down to alignment—being true to who you are on the inside and showing up that way on the outside.

When you do things that don’t feel like “you,” it might make others happy, but it can leave you feeling uneasy. Stress, worry, or even feeling sick can show up when you’re out of alignment.

But when you’re true to yourself and let your light shine, life starts to flow. The right people and opportunities will find you because they’re meant for the real you.

Read that again ⬆️ I hated my skin for most of my adult life because I had acne. I was always trying to fix myself with some new cream or expensive routine.

I spent THOUSANDS trying to ‘heal’ my body, thinking something was wrong with me.

But, when I realized I was fighting myself, that’s when I truly started to heal my skin.

Within 6 months my skin totally cleared and I’ve literally never had a pimple since. (12 years of acne prior!)

What did I do differently? I changed my mind.

I stopped identifying as someone who had acne.
I wrote, “I have clear skin” on my bathroom mirror and read it everyday.

I asked, “what is my acne trying to tell me?” Hint: all skin issues are gut issues.

Instead of attacking my skin with negative thoughts, I sent healing energy to it everyday.

This change in perspective led me to discovering active ingredients in skincare that worked without harming.

I even launched an acne healing program called
BEFRIEND YOUR SKIN. (Then I realized that journey was for me and not meant for my coaching biz, so I pivoted).

Isn’t the mind so incredible that you can literally change your perspective and the body will heal on its own?!

So, if you are struggling with some condition, illness, or symptoms right now… my advice is to start loving that part of you fully. BEFRIEND yourself and ask, “what is my body trying to tell me?”

Happy last day of summer! 🌞 What are you working on bringing into fruition this fall? You may notice that some of your manifestations are starting to bear fruit now…

For myself, I’ve really been trying get clarity around my career and money.
I’m excited to be working on a new opportunity to become a FINANCIAL ADVISOR!

I have to pass 5 licensing exams between now and mid January, and once I do that, I will begin 8 months of training with a company here In Charleston.

I’m passionate about coaching and helping women, so bringing the financial piece into my love for women’s empowerment, is such a natural progression. 👸

Remember to make your inner child laugh! (That’s me in the middle)

I recently visited my family and we busted out the photo album. Seeing this picture brought me to tears because I can remember that age… and how happy and care free I was.

It reminded me that she’s still inside my heart 💜

Don’t forget about that little kid inside of you who still needs your love, care, and attention.
