holistic healing—physically, mentally, and spiritually—following just one session. As a certified Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Spiritual Coach, and Psychic Medium, I also offer card readings to complement your experience.

**What to Expect During a Reiki Session:**
Initially, we will discuss any specific areas you wish to address. This conversation can be as in-depth or brief as you feel comfortable with. Often, I incorporate a card reading and can provide insights as a Psychic Medium. After our discussion, you will lie on a massage table, fully clothed, in a comfortable setting. I will generally start with a gentle head and face massage to help ease you into relaxation. When I begin the Reiki session, your eyes will be covered, and my hands will be placed on or hovered over various areas of your body, depending on your comfort level. Many clients enter a state of deep relaxation or even fall asleep, encountering vivid visions or dreamlike experiences. After the session, we will discuss our individual insights, which can often shed light on any issues you may be facing.

- Gaining inspiration or clarity regarding current challenges
- Easing anxiety prior to significant events or situations
- Alleviating pain symptoms during hospitalization or post-traumatic events

**Pricing:**
Sessions are offered:
$200 for Deep Dive 2hrs (required for new clients)
$150 for Regular Maintenance Session 1.5hrs
$100 for Recharge Session 1hr

What I Offer

Are you feeling stressed? Low on energy? Feeling stuck? Well Reiki can help with that and more. I am so excited to offer this amazing and powerful technique that releases stress, tension and negative blocks you may be holding onto. It also restores your energy balance bringing you a feeling of deep relaxation and healing on your physical, mental and spiritual levels. After just one session you will have a feeling of calm and peacefulness. Many people report feeling more grounded and centered. I am a certified Reiki Master/Teacher and Intuitive Life Coach and a Meditation Guide. I also use card readings as another tool to help gain insight into any issues you may be having. Even if you are having no issues and just want to relax and recharge, Reiki is amazing for that. In addition, I do individual and group guided meditations. These can be wonderful for beginners and those looking for a different experience for a "girls day", pre-wedding group to get centered and calm, before surgery or any other big or stressful upcoming event. I can combine Reiki, meditation and card readings for these private groups. It offers a unique experience to bond and relax at the same time.

What Is a Reiki Session Like? I sit down with you first and see if there is anything particular you would like to address or work on. We can discuss as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing. Then you lay on a massage table, fully clothed and I make sure you are comfy and cozy. I usually start with a head massage to get you relaxed. When I begin using Reiki your eyes will be covered and and I will be laying my hands on different areas of your body, unless you are not comfortable with that I will have my hands hovered over these areas. Many people fall asleep or report being in a trance like state. Also many people have profound visions or dreamlike scenes. After we discuss each of our experiences which many times offers lots of insight to any issues that may be at hand. Ways Reiki Can Be Used: -Heal past unresolved issues allowing you to move forward -Receive inspiration or clarity on a current issue -Help calm nerves for an upcoming event or situation -Help relieve pain symptoms while hospitalized or after a traumatic event -Reduce anxiety and stress that may be effecting your everyday life Prices: $120 for the first session which usually lasts 2hrs. $100 for each session thereafter.

Also makes a great gift for that person in your life you know could benefit from this:) Please note that Reiki is a complimentary from of treatment that does not replace or interfere with conventional medical treatment. Many hospitals and medical facilities use it. Also if you know someone in serious need that cannot afford this service or someone facing terminal illness I would be happy to offer my services at a reduced rate of free of charge.
