Make this year tasty and green! 🍀🍀

ROASTED CABBAGE ROUNDS
Serves 6 Cook Time 40-45 minutes
Ingredients:
Non-stick Cooking Spray
2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium head cabbage, cut into 1″ thick rounds
Kosher Salt and coarse ground pepper
1 tsp fennel seeds
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place cut cabbage rounds in one layer on the sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper and fennel in an even layer. Roast until the cabbage is tender and the edges are toasted. (40-45 minutes). Enjoy!

🚰Carry a water bottle with you and refill it throughout the day
🚰Freeze some freezer safe water bottles. Take one with you for ice-cold water all day long.
🚰Choose water over sugary drinks.
🚰Opt for water when eating out. You’ll save money and reduce calories.
🚰Serve water during meals.

Have you met Sarah Ferrese?
She is one of our newest providers. Sarah is a certified Physician Assistant serving patients in our Mount Pleasant, West Ashley, and Murrells Inlet clinics.

Sarah graduated summa cm laude from West Virginia University, where she earned a B.S. in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education. After graduation, she moved to Japan to teach and travel. While in Asia, Sarah realized her vocation was to help guide others along their path to healthy living. She subsequently earned her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2012. Her honors include the Virginia Kaufman Award for Academic Excellence and membership in Phi Beta Kappa.

In addition to her medical expertise, Sarah is a certified trauma-informed Yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. She is currently pursuing certification as a Mindfulness Coach. Sarah utilizes a personal, integrative approach to assist each patient in achieving their health and fitness goals.
