This weekend, we hosted our first annual pickleball tournament fundraiser to support an organization that is very near and dear to our hearts, Lowcountry Wheelchair Sports! We had a blast getting our game on and hanging out with people in our community! We want to thank our partners at North Charleston Recreation Department and Chick-fil-A of Ladson Road for making this possible! 🏓🦽🏆

Back in April, we hosted our 2nd annual Hustle for Heroes 5k fundraiser in support of a local organization WarriorWOD. WarriorWOD is dedicated to serving those who have served our country. Veterans locally and across the nation who suffer from PTSD have the opportunity to participate in this program. This week, we were able to present them with a check of the raised funds. We are so grateful to promote such a wonderful cause! 🎖️🪖🏃

CSU DPT PTSA is hosting a pickleball tournament to support Lowcountry Wheelchair Sports, co-sponsored by North Charleston Rec Department! ♿️

Here’s what you need to know:

🏓 When: July 27th, this Sunday
🏓 Time: 6-8 pm
🏓 Location: Collins Park
🏓 Cost: $30/team of 2 $15/individual
🏓 Prizes are provided by Chick-fil-a, Ladson Rd for the winning team!

Meet this years PTSA officers! Here at CSU DPT, PTSA stands for Physical Therapy Student Association. The goal of PTSA is to foster community within the program, provide service opportunities, fundraise for student outreach events, and support christian missions. We are blessed with some amazing students stepping into their roles on PTSA, and we are looking forward to a year of leadership, service, and fun!
