As many of you may know, the USDA announced that SNAP benefits will not go out on November 1st. This will leave 42 million people without access to the most basic of needs. Food is a human right and is an immediate and tangible way to help someone. With that being said, we at Fierce Renewal Counseling have decided to host a food drive through at least the remainder of 2025.

We will have a donation box set up outside of our office located at 1565 Sam Rittenberg Blvd, Ste 202B, Charleston, SC 29407. All are welcome to donate to the box and/or to take what they need from it. We are accepting donations of non-perishable food in jars, cans and sealed packets. We recommend sauces, soups, beans, vegetables in cans or jars, honey, peanut butter, candy, boxed juices, long-life milk, coconut cream and fish in oil. Please be mindful to ensure items you donate aren't expired and be considerate with selecting items that you would choose for yourself and/or your family!

We have also partnered with Lowcountry Food Bank to offer a way to contribute virtually so that we may reach the most people. Donations will go directly to the LFB and you may donate monetarily or by virtually selecting groceries. We appreciate your support in all forms. There are no expectations or implications with participating, we feel called to do this and merely want to extend that to our community with everything going on right now! We were intentional with our donation page to make contributions anonymous to the public, as we hope to maintain everyone's privacy and circumstances as we share in this mission to support one another.

We had a wonderful time celebrating last Thursday at the Charleston’s Choice Awards. We feel like the luckiest women to share in this moment with you all and to be in the place we are with our lives. We choose this path everyday and have built this practice from the ground up - we’re so proud of how it has grown and we have evolved.
