๐Ÿฆ FEEL IT IN YA CHEST ๐Ÿฆ

Do you never feel it in your chest when you do presses and all you feel are shoulders and arms?

Try using these 2 cues to really feel it in your chest โฌ‡๏ธ

1๏ธโƒฃ Think about reaching your chest to the ceiling as you lower the weights to the sides of your chest. Squeeze the shoulder blades together and pause for a second hold at the bottom.

2๏ธโƒฃ On the way up think about pushing the dumbells up and out instead of up and across. This keeps the tension on your chest and doesnโ€™t allow your shoulders to take over and your chest to sink in.
