After 2.5 years and 3 CEOs, Frank Wells was chosen to lead and grow Health First Urgent & Primary Care, becoming its 4th CEO, growing from 1 to 4 clinics, and leading a team serving about 150,000 patient visits annually. Patients never needed an appointment, and the average wait time was 7 minutes. After 12 years with Health First, Frank Wells developed and managed a successful exit for the owner. With experience in all areas of clinic management and development, Frank and his team have combined the benefits of several medical services models, and the hospitality industry, to bring the best of them together in creating HolyCityMED.
