Happy Tuesday! Stop & take 2 minutes to close your eyes, take a deep cleansing breath & focus your attention on your breath coming into your lungs feeing your chest rise. Hold for 4 counts & hear the words in your mind “peace & clarity”. Let your breath out slowly, feeing your chest fall. Repeat the process 6 times letting your exhale prolong each time.
On the last breath, fill your lungs aware of your chest rising, and at the top of your holding breath,
Imagine the sunshine rising over a beautiful mountain vista- gjve thanks for the breath & all it does for you.
Exhale allowing gratitude to fill your heart!
Open your eyes &
