Fall colors sure are beautiful, but it is also a time when the days are warm, but the nights are cool. The added physical stress can bring on pain and inflammation for some people. The sugary food cravings start and we are heading in to the holiday seasons, further subjecting us to inflammation. So, to combat these problems, try to make sure you stay on a consistent sleep schedule, resist the sugar cravings, and get regular chiropractic adjustments.
