Heritage Woods of Charleston provides a wonderful alternative to a nursing home or to struggling alone at home for older adults who need some help to maintain their independence. The community is fully certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program, which enables us to serve adults 65 and older of all financial means, including those on Medicaid. Our focus is on providing residents with the love, compassion and dignity that they deserve in addition to the personal assistance and help with medications that they need. Heritage Woods of Charleston is managed by Gardant Management Solutions, a mission-driven company that is the largest provider of affordable assisted living in Illinois.

🎃👻 Halloween Candy Donations Needed! 👻🎃 We’re getting ready for our resident Trick-or-Treat event and need YOUR help to make it extra sweet! 🍬🍭 We’re asking for donations of Halloween candy to be dropped off by October 30th. Every donation helps make the evening magical for our residents and all the little ghouls and goblins who visit. 🧙‍♀️🦇 ✨ As a thank-you, you’ll be entered to WIN a $25 Walmart gift card!
