We’re excited to welcome Nicholas to The Folded Leaf Wellness!

Nicholas began his journey in 2006 after graduating from Mountain State School of Massage. After gaining experience working alongside an acupuncturist, life took him in a different direction for a time—but his passion for helping others heal has brought him back to his original calling.

He offers a range of modalities, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, and integrative massage.

Nicholas brings a grounded, intuitive approach to his work, creating sessions that support both relaxation and restoration—making massage the perfect complement to any movement practice.

When he’s not in the studio, you’ll find him tending to his family homestead, practicing Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, or enjoying board games with his kids.

Did you know that chronic constipation, frequent urination, and incontinence can sometimes be linked to pelvic floor dysfunction? The first step is identifying the root cause. Is it weakness, tightness, poor pressure management, posture, stress, or a past injury?

Your pelvic floor is a group of muscles that can be trained to release tension, build strength, and function more optimally. You don’t have to assume surgery is your only option—or accept that this is simply “the way it is.” There are solutions, and you have the ability to improve your situation.

Join Angie Corwin with Activated Body at The Folded Leaf on Sunday, March 29th, from 1:30–4:30pm for the Functionally Fit Pelvic Floor Workshop.

In this workshop, we’ll explore what constitutes a healthy pelvic floor, assess signs of tightness or weakness, and introduce targeted breathwork and postural corrections to support better pelvic floor function.

You’ll gain insight into your specific challenges or goals and leave with practical exercises you can incorporate into your daily routine to support long-term pelvic floor health. 🌿
