Chair Yoga at 10:45am – Support for gentle movement, perfect for all abilities
Basic Hatha Yoga at 12pm – Foundational poses and breathwork, no experience needed
Beginner & Beyond at 5:30pm – Build strength and confidence at your own pace
Vinyasa Flow at 6:45pm – A practice with mindful transitions and deep stretches
