During savasana , Natalie will put a couple acupuncture pins in you to get an even deeper relaxation, calm your nervous system, and balance your body’s meridian system. You’ll leave more balanced, grounded, and ready to handle whatever comes your way!

It’s with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Fiona Scott, our founder & owner of Sôlt Wellness.

Fiona was the absolute heart of Sôlt, sharing her love & knowledge for holistic wellness in a way that could bring people together, help others, and create a space where anyone could come to unwind, reset, and renew.

We’ll always admire her positivity, intention, passion, and kindness she brought throughout her life, and continue to share this same kind of energy with our community here at Sôlt Wellness.

Our thoughts are with her family and friends as they navigate through this time.

Our doors will remain open as we continue to honor Fiona’s legacy of creating community, connection, and a life of meaning.
