I am ever grateful for all this inspirational man did to make it possible for independent filmmakers to share their work and his contributions as an artist and activist. After having volunteered at his festival for a couple of years, I was fortunate to return to Sundance as a first-time director and share the documentary we made. It was a “pinch me” experience! Mr. Redford was so kind, genuine and encouraged all of us to continue making films and share stories that we are passionate about. I know his legacy will continue to inspire us and future generations of artists. RIP, Mr. Redford.🎬♥️
