White Oak of Charleston is a 176 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within walking distance of Trident Medical Center. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation in our designated rehabilitation wing. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develop

s an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of Charleston is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Our residents had an egg-cellent time at this year’s Easter egg hunt! 💛 From colorful eggs to sweet treats and lots of laughter, it was a joyful day filled with smiles and springtime cheer.

Our residents had a sham-rockin’ good time celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! From festive decorations to delicious treats and plenty of laughs, it was a day full of joy and togetherness.💚
