White Oak of Charleston is a 176 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within walking distance of Trident Medical Center. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation in our designated rehabilitation wing. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develop

s an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of Charleston is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

🏇🎉 to Our Fabulous Kentucky Derby Party! 🎉🏇

We’re still smiling thinking about the fun we had at our Kentucky Derby celebration! From stylish hats and mint juleps (mocktails, of course!) to horse races and festive decorations, our residents truly embraced the spirit of the Derby. 🥳👒🌹

Events like these are more than just parties — they’re joyful moments that bring our community together and create lasting memories. 💛

For day 2 of National Skilled Nursing Care Week, we ha Carnival Day! Our residents enjoyed some of their favorite carnival foods and games! A great time was had by all!

Saturday some of our residents participated in “Charcuterie & Conversation.” They had a great time chatting, snacking, and sipping.

For craft day we made snowflake picture frames. Residents got to decorate their own framed photo of Rubia, the therapy dog that visits us.
