Candlelit Yin, Massage + Reiki
COST: $40

Celebrate you with a little self-care in the form of candlelit yin, massage, hands-on assist and Reiki.
This experience will be the ultimate in self-care as you melt into the blissful combinations of Yin yoga, massage, hands-on assists and Reiki. This combination will release the energy stored within the body and encourage a deeper release in the connective tissues of the spine and hips to create space for easeful breath and a quieter mind.
During this 75 min class, Carrie will guide you through Yin postures designed to cultivate the grounded earth’s energy. While you are holding each pose, expect a nourishing hands on experience as Sam offers massage, Caroline offers yoga assists and Carrie will be offering Reiki.

You will leave this experience feeling loved, nourished and restored in both mind and body. This is the ultimate way to balance out the physical, emotional, and energetic strains of daily life.

We listen to our bodies and amp it up when we are feeling energized and rest when our bodies tell us to! We worry about ourselves, we do what we need and we wear what we want! Every body type, every age, experienced or not are welcome!

We will see you, support you and guide you through a yoga experience like no other!

We will be your biggest cheerleader; always cheering you to show up exactly as you need!
