Please join the Institute for Dream Studies in celebrating and welcoming our newly Certified Dreamwork Professionals! It has been an honor to witness their growth and transformation. The legacy they now carry is rich, radiant, and deeply needed in the world.

IDS held a deeply moving graduation ceremony for their 2025 cohort — marking the end of a luminous year of transformation, insight, and sacred community.

Throughout their year of studies, this devoted group of dreamers journeyed together through the highs and lows of life, yet always showing up with courage, presence, and heart. Their bond only deepened as they moved forward, one dream at a time. Never before have we witnessed such a beautifully diverse and international gathering—our students and mentors come together from 11 different countries (Bermuda, England, Ethiopia, Germany, Guatemala, Iran, Mexico, Pakistan, Russia, United Kingdom and the United States). The wealth of perspectives and the rich tapestry of cultures they brought to this work have been nothing short of extraordinary, lighting up our community with vibrant insight and boundless inspiration.

These graduates are the true visionaries, the warriors, mystics, the movers and shakers, the healers and alchemists, each bringing their own unique perspectives and gifts to the world. We are so thrilled for the people they will serve in their communities.

This special celebration featured guest speaker Robert Waggoner, a world renowned expert in lucid dreaming, who shared profound wisdom about the power of dreams and the journey of consciousness. We thank you, Robert!

A deep shout out and gratitude to our fearless IDS founder, Justina, Director, Linda, mentors extraordinaire, Isa, Sahlah and Ale. Grow the Seeds of Your Dreams This Winter Solstice!

Not far from the coastal town of Half Moon Bay, California, there is a beach that evokes the surreal landscapes of a Dali or Vargas painting. This is a place where the remnants of a once-flowing river are now scattered across the shore—not in sand, but in piles of colorful stones, polished and smoothed over centuries. These pebbled “seeds” form a vibrant tapestry of light and shadow, shimmering in the sun’s gentle embrace. They are sacred reminders of change—a force that may not always be visible to the naked eye but is ever-present, shaping all things over time. Change can be feared or cherished, but it is also a reminder of rebirth and the natural cycles of life.

The seeds of your intentions, of what you wish to manifest in the year ahead, are already waiting to be planted. To ground these dreams, try this simple ritual: on December 21st, choose two stones or crystals that resonate with you. As you set your intentions for the year, hold one stone in your hands and infuse it with your dreams. Then, plant the stone in the soil—whether in your garden or a houseplant. Place the other stone somewhere visible as a daily reminder of your intentions.

Remember, change is inevitable, and the river of life flows on. So why not welcome it with open eyes, open arms, and joy in your heart?

What a compassionate, dedicated and wise group of dreamers - they just completed a year-long training and celebrated with gorgeous poetry, art, and storytelling.

During this year of exceptional setbacks including time zones and travel, illnesses, personal challenges & family losses, these students pushed through and persevered with courage and heart. And they only grew closer.

Through deep trust and guidance of their dreams, we witnessed each of them morph and grow into empowered versions of their best selves as they studied, lived and embodied their dreams while building community.
