Happy Full Moon in Scorpio. Those shadows are most likely coming up to surface agin but it’s only to reveal what needs to be transmuted!! Be compassionate to yourself loves because we ALL have shadow. You are not alone!

We have some exciting things coming this month!!

1st on May 4th- an IG live with my soul sister Erika that will be leading yin yoga at the Women’s Retreat in Oaxaca in the Fall.
We’re sharing why yin has helped her and inspo on the creation of the retreat.

2nd I have been invited to participate with to share how I can help keep you looking young and about my services. Come thru!

3rd - I’m collaborating with the beautiful and talented Ali of .chs to bring you a sound journey and cacao ceremony at sunset on the beach at Folly. Only 10 spaces available.

4th - I’m teaching a Reiki Level 2 Certification class the last weekend in May. If you’ve taken level 1 with any other teacher you can still join. Only 6 spaces available. Class is held at my office across from Hampton Park. You can sign up through the linktree link in my bio.

Spleen 6 is a powerful point on the Spleen Channel and it has many uses! Tune in and be sure to check out the last slide too for more benefits!

I’ve personally loved using this point to help women wanting natural childbirth, induce labor. It helped me, along with other points to induce my labor 21 years ago!! It’s how I became fascinated with Acupuncture and decided on a second career.

Spleen 3 is a Master point on the spleen channel. It has so many uses but I shared some of the prominent ones here.

Women in general tend to have more Spleen imbalances for a number of reasons:

We’re blood driven physiologically - we lose blood monthly during menarche, we need blood to create life, and for breast milk and we can lose blood during delivery.

So it’s easy for our spleen’s to need more love.

On an emotional level many women struggle with setting clear boundaries or having them at all, over giving and not being able to receive or ask for help, people pleasing, insecurity and not valuing oneself, worry, ruminating, and I could go on and on.

Use this acupressure point with loving intention! Massage for 2-3 minutes now that you understand its power!

I always forget to take a picture of the group…but I guess it’s evidence that I am present! Thank you to those that came to join me tonight for my first sunset cacao ceremony! It’s mind blowing as many times as I have held circles with cacao how much I see myself in everyone there and how similar we all are.

The hand woven blanket and the wooden carved statue of a mother holding her baby wanted to be a part of ceremony. They were gifts to me by some dear clients. I couldn’t think of a better statue to embody the essence of cacao. And the colors of the first three chakras in the hand woven blanket remind me of the colors of some of the cacao fruits and the colors of Mexico, central and South America - representing the roots of cacao.

The shells on the blanket, including a whole sand dollar were gifts from the beach I received months ago when I heard “hold ceremony here to bring people together.”

So I’ll keep listening and keep offering in hopes the community will grow and I can collaborate with whomever appears.

Gratitude for my heart, my spirit, my friends, the trust from others to guide them and hold space and to see the fruition of listening become a reality. I’m so freaking grateful! 🙏🏽💚

Zusanli- Stomach 36 is one of the most widely used points in Acupuncture in the West. The western culture is riddled with over production and stress. Both deplete the natural reserves of the body and decrease our immunity.

This point translates to 3 Leg Mile because it was acupressured when transportation was not available and you needed a little oomph to walk a little more.

In keeping up with honoring the Earth Element within all of us…we’ll be posting a series of some acupressure points to help with different things that may show up when your Earth Element (comprised of the stomach and spleen) is out of balance and needs some loving attention.
