Staring out our window in Saskatoon as 8 inches of snow, continues to pour down, we are reflecting on our recent trip to the Bay Area✨
Connecting with the whales, sea lions, the flowers and trees, the hills, beaches, murals, parks, and with the coolest and kindest people was the cultural immersion we needed.
This wasn’t a vacation it was an activation. First we attended the in San Rafael on Saturday—where we meditated and connected with charge makers in the consciousness space.
One of the main reasons for our visit was to meet Dr. Larry Norris of Decriminalize Nature, an organization that campaigns for the decriminalization of entheogen use coast to coast. We also had the privilege of meeting .hyphae Reggie Harris of and who have contributed to creating a vibrant conscious community rooted in education, collaboration, and exploration!
On the 83rd anniversary of bicycle day we went to the last day of the .institute .psychedelicculture conference held at the historic Brava Theater in the Mission District. The day started with a panel of Elders discussing their vision of unifying culture and science to help uplift elders as a key source of knowledge and guidance.
We loved the panels on Ancestral Wisdom for Ecological Restoration, the Future of Mental Health and Psychedelics, and From Streets to Ceremony! The highlight was chatting with the founder of about PTSD and the future of his work.
