Today is National Trauma Survivors Day. This day honors those who have survived severe, life‑changing trauma and shown the strength and resilience to begin the journey toward recovery.

That journey is often long and challenging, but survivors continue to move forward with courage. Today also recognizes the caregivers, nurses, physicians, therapists, family members and friends who provide support along the way.
