Jennifer Napolitano has worked at Village Cove since 2008 and started out as the Business Office Director. She was promoted to executive director in 2017. She had experience as an administrator at a physician practice and then jumped into senior living.

She has been married for 24 years and has two grown boys. She loves listening to thriller audiobooks in her free time. Jennifer’s youngest son is enrolled at the University of South Carolina, and she enjoys supporting the University of South Carolina Gamecocks. Jennifer and her team at Village Cove have a proven record of excellence in state surveys, audits, and customer satisfaction reviews.
