In a time where the world desperately needs more peace and love, it was soul nourishing to spend the weekend with these 5 lovely lightworkers who delved deep into the Reiki energy together ☮️ Congratulations on your hard work and Usui Reiki Level 1 certification ✋💜🤚 We laughed (A LOT, thank you Tracey), cried tears of both grief and joy, drank Reiki infused tea blends (thank you Donna), shared delicious, nourishing food together (inspired by our chef extraordinaire Tracey) and learned and practiced Reiki in a supportive space of trust and love. By taking time to heal their own inner hearts with compassion and self-love, the sharing of that loving light to others who need it is a natural extension of the Reiki level 1 work ✨🌸

I always say a theme emerges in these trainings and couldn’t come up with just one! But Tracey nailed it – “The Magic Reiki Sisterhood nourished with trust, humor and soulful love.” 🫶🏻 Thank you for entrusting me with your Reiki journey, the world is a better place with each of you spreading your healing, loving light and energy 💫🌟. When women come together in sacred circles to heal, support, and uplift one another… magic happens. 💫💖

So beyond grateful to know these incredible women through the soul-nourishing community that is building here on the Treasure Coast 🌴💞

Joining the 8-week Wild Woman Awakening program a couple months ago was truly life-changing. Like many of the best, most spontaneous decisions I’ve made, I followed my intuition and dove in without hesitation 🌊🌀

Join us for a special Reiki + Restore class ✨

Reiki is a Japanese technique to promote stress reduction and relaxation, activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest system) and balancing the nervous system through deep rest. It can be facilitated through both hands on and off the body by a practitioner.

Restorative yoga poses will be held for an extended period of time, combined with the Reiki energy to offer a chakra balancing from head to toe and a deeply relaxing experience. Props such as bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks are used to support the body to further allow for further dropping into postures. Reiki will be offered to each participant if they so choose (hands-off or on, you’re choice!).

Do you have a daily meditation practice or do you find it difficult to stick to it? I was always hit or miss…if I had time in the morning to sit I would do it otherwise I told myself I was just too busy and maybe later 😬 What has been a game changer is having a “cue” so it becomes natural and part of my morning routine. As soon as I get up, after I’ve done my self Reiki practice in bed, I light a candle - my green aventurine candle holder from 💚and read the daily passage from this book which always has a beautiful message 🙏❤️ Then I set my timer for 5 minutes and sit and breathe. If I have more time I’ll set it for longer, sometimes 20 mins, or more. But 5 minutes is the minimum amount I can commit to, even if I have a lot on my schedule that day 🗓️

This practice is a PRACTICE. It’s not perfect and some mornings I don’t feel like it. But I keep showing up and over time it’s becoming like anything else I do automatically, like drinking coffee and brushing my teeth. I always feel better, more grounded, more peaceful 🕊️ Every now and then I get a glimpse of that divine source and connection with something beyond the physical realm 💫 💕 What has helped you stick to a practice?

BREATHE 💨 My intention for 2024 ✨ This word actually chose me this year. I finished a four-week breathwork course with at .sensorylounge in December and the next week I was in the emergency room with a broken wrist and awaiting surgery on Christmas Eve 😳 Thankfully I had the breathwork tools from and of course my self Reiki practice to soothe me through the excruciating pain, the shock and grief over the experience 🫶🏻

I fully believe in the law of attraction...our thoughts and emotions carry a vibration and our experiences and current reality are a direct reflection of this. I don’t fully understand why I had to endure so much pain this year but I do know that it has made me stronger and given me a new appreciation of the resources and tools I have to help heal myself and others going through painful experiences. I still have core wounds and limiting beliefs to heal and have been working through them while I’ve been forced to sit still. And just breathe🧘🏻‍♀️

What a year, the universe really has a wicked sense of humor at times 🤪 It seems many lightworkers and healers I’ve spoken with are being called to level ⬆️ with facing hard challenges over this past year! Still so grateful for all the lessons, ups and downs, challenges and joys that 2023 provided. And excited as always for a new new year full of possibilities, adventures and hope. May we all be safe, happy, healthy and live with ease in 2024 💕🥰

What a beautiful day to teach a Reiki class in ❤️🌞☀️ I realized yesterday that I took my first Reiki level 1 class in 2013 in NYC and never imagined I’d be teaching it 10 years later! So grateful for all the healing and growth I’ve experienced from my Reiki practice 🙏 Life is beautiful 🥰

Hi friends 💫 Only a few spots left for my next Reiki Level 1 training in October (10/21 + 10/22) in Palm City, FL! Reiki is a spiritual practice and beautiful tool to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This training will teach you how to use Reiki on yourself, your loved ones (even pets!) and your everyday life ❤️

Students will receive the Usui Reiki Level 1 Attunement which opens you up to channeling the Universal Life Force Energy to do Reiki 🤲 This will be a fun and healing weekend with meditations, insights and interactive conversations, and a deeply healing and transformative experience amongst new friends 😍
