Some closings are quick and easy.
This one was not.
This estate sale came with a lot of moving parts, unexpected hurdles, and more patience than anyone originally planned. But step by step, we worked through it—and today, 103 Littlejohn Street is officially SOLD.
I’m incredibly proud of my seller for sticking with the process and trusting me to see it through. These are the transactions that remind me why experience, persistence, and clear communication truly matter.
Grateful to have gotten this one across the finish line. 🏡✨

My family and I moved to Summerville in October 2007. My husband and I love living in Summerville and all the community activities that are held here, this is a great place to raise a family. We are active members of Bethany United Methodist Church and have three children. In my free time I enjoy going on dates with my husband, running, and reading.
I worked for Family Connection of SC as a Family Partner for about 5 years. As a Family Partner I assisted new parents of children with special health care needs and provided emotional support as well as assisted them with help on how to navigate the complex system of services.
In the summer of 2013 I opened Premier Pet Services. As owner and operator of Premier Pet Services I provided excellent care for pets while their owners were away from home.
I am now a full time licensed real estate agent and am focusing all my attention on helping my clients make informed decisions.
