Three Body Types:
Looking for some big words to use in Scrabble, try using Ectomorph, Mesomorph or Endomorph? Also, look forward to explaining what these words mean If some calls out “You made those words up”

Ectomorph, is described as a male of female that most people deem as “skinny”. The ones who can eat all day but seem to never gain weight and retain their slim figure. This is because their metabolism is very high, and it is very hard to gain weight.

Mesomorph, is described as a male or female that has a very tone body and not matter how much you work out your arms will never look as defined as theirs (rolls eyes). Gains are easy and seem to come naturally for Mesomorph body types.


Finally, Endomorph, is described as a male of female that seems to gain weight very fast and takes a while to lose it. Most of the gains for this body type is weight gained in the form of fat and not muscle and they have a very low or slow metabolism.

What are the Pros & Cons of Vitamins vs Whole Food Vitamins?

Growing up we’ve been taught to eat our fruits and vegetables, so we can grow up to be a strong boy or girl. We were also giving the childhood favorite which is the Flintstone multivitamin. As we get older life gets busier and free time starts becoming more and more sparse and good wholesome food becomes expensive. So, multivitamins might become an interesting option to replace the missing nutrients we aren’t receiving from our daily doses of fruits and vegetables. If you are eating your daily dose of fruits and vegetables, then there is no need to really take multivitamins because you’ll get them directly from the source and will receive much more nutrients that way. The Pros of taking multivitamins is that they will fill in gaps if your diet isn’t up to par and could be more affordable than buying fresh food every day. The cons are there are a lot of other vitamins you could be missing out on by taking multivitamins as opposed to eating an actual fruit or vegetable. Also, there isn’t really much information on how much nutrients are getting absorbed through the body when taking multivitamins.
So, a good rule of thumb could be to eat as much fresh food as you can and when you can’t take a whole foods multivitamin.

💦WHY IS H2O SO IMPORTANT💦

Water is an essential part of life! I’m sure we’ve all heard that your body can only go three days without water if lost in the wilderness. Water covers more than 70% of Earth, our bodies are also about 70% water as well. We use water to cook, ‘feed’ our plants and a multitude of other things. Most importantly water is a major key in helping keep our bodies in tip-top shape. Water helps clear out toxins from the body, it promotes circulation throughout, it helps curb hunger pains, helping headaches and migraines and keeping our bodies cool during the hot days. It is recommended that we drink at least a gallon of water a day or our weight in ounces of water. So, if you weigh 146 pounds you need to drink 146 ounces of water each day, which roughly turns into a little over a gallon of water. There are various ways that your body will send you signs that you need more water. The most common example is the color of your urine, the darker the urine the more water your body needs. Also, dry skin and dry mouth are signs that your body needs more water. Don’t forget, challenge your self everyday to drink a little more water.
