Shifting Tides Therapeutic Solutions Licensed therapist working with young women to bring out their badass-ness and feel their best! I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Certified Addictions Counselor. I provide individualized, nonjudgemental therapy services using evidence-based practices. I work primarily with adults and will see older adolescents above the age of 16. I am inclusive and will not exclude any client due to their race, religion, sexual orientation, cultural background, gender, etc. I primarily work with individuals one-on-one, but am willing to bring a family member or spouse into the session to help support the client's goals. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to explore what has been making you unhappy and then work together to problem-solve, process, and cope.
