Job description:
Integrated Physical Medicine office in West Ashley seeking a full-time Health and Wellness Patient Services Coordinator. Candidates for the position should be professional, well-organized with an attention to details, possess a willingness to learn and radiate a positive attitude. Previous healthcare and sales experience a plus but training will also be provided.
This position requires the person to track the flow of the patient decision making, ensures that all information for the patient's treatment order is gathered and communicated between the patient and the clinical staff. Responsibilities, skills, and working conditions may change as needs evolve.
Pay scale is a base hourly plus commissions.
Sales Consultant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Greet the patient
2. Explain the services and philosophy of the clinic
3. Generate leads on obtaining new patients and meeting sales quota
4. Assists the patients with any paperwork or questions
5. Explains the patient financial agreements to the patient
6. Update social media accounts to generate new leads
7. Participates in educational activities and attends monthly staff meetings
8. Conducts self in accordance with employee manual
9. Maintains strictest confidentiality; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations
10. Conducts initial consultations to assess individual needs an set appropriate goals
11. Provide ongoing support and motivation which contributes to patient success
12. Be an educational resource for patients by providing them with the information about
13. Willingness to cross train in other areas
14. Be an educational resource for patients by providing them with the information about company products and services that will enhance their wellness efforts
Skills/ Experience:
1. Be motivated!
2. Knowledge of business office procedures
3. Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment
4. Ability to operate and answer phone in a pleasant and helpful manner
5. Must be well organized and detail-oriented
6. Strong, creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills a plus
7. Strong oral and written communication skills
8. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
9. Responsible for meeting personal quotas and contributing to clinic reaching set goals
10. Field initial inquiry calls, schedule appointments; monitor patient attendance and initiate follow up contact as needed

Required experience:
