For patients, this means a rapid return to higher levels of activity and comfort. For referring clinicians, it means a satisfied patient, minimal delays in any course of therapy, and the assurance that orders are being followed to the letter.

Tracy Lowe, a bilateral amputee, has taken on a powerful new challenge — joining a dance troupe and stepping into the spotlight as a belly dancer!

She will be performing on May 3 at 2:30 with Troupe Naya Sama at the North Charleston Arts Festival, showing the world that nothing can stand in the way of dedication, creativity, and the human spirit.

At Floyd Brace, we are constantly inspired by our patients’ courage and determination. This moment is a beautiful reminder that mobility means more than walking — it means living fully.

Let’s cheer her on as she takes the stage and dances with strength, grace, and heart.

When a prosthetic limb or orthotic device reaches someone who couldn't otherwise afford it, it doesn't just change their mobility—it transforms their entire life.

Every device we collect and redistribute represents a new chance for someone to walk to school, return to work, or simply move through their community with dignity and independence.

While these devices might be considered "used" here, they become priceless treasures of opportunity elsewhere. A child takes their first steps to school. A parent can once again provide for their family. A life changes course.

This is more than recycling medical equipment—it's about recognizing that access to mobility is a fundamental right, not a luxury reserved for those who can afford it.

This is why every donation matters. This is why every hour our volunteers spend cleaning, repairing, and shipping matters. This is why WE do what we do.
