Please join us in congratulating Angie Smith Carpenter as the TGH Wellness Champion for the 2nd Quarter of 2025!

“Beginning in April of this year, I made a commitment to myself to go to the gym! I began learning where everything is and what equipment to start with. My goals were to increase strength and endurance by exercising in the gym and achieving +10,000 steps 5 days/week. Some weeks were better than others, but the challenge has been well worth the effort, even when I didn’t want to do it! So get up! Go today! And make your first steps to the Wellness Center.”
