This year, there’s exciting news in breast reconstruction. Thanks to Mentor Worldwide, the FDA has approved two new implant sizes — 930cc and 1440cc — the first new sizes available in the U.S. in years. Women come in all shapes and sizes, and these expanded options allow Dr. Thaxton to better restore balance, contour, and confidence for every patient—especially when previous implant sizes (the largest being 800cc) couldn’t fully fill the tissue void after reconstruction.
