Starting the day with a smoothie packed with blueberries, spinach, almond butter, and protein powder—fueling up for a full schedule of real estate continuing education and evening showings.
In 2024, I would have wung it with meals, but this year is about slow and steady habit building. Practicing what I preach!
✅ January was all about water, workouts, and consistency.
✅ February is about fine-tuning training & adding more greens.
✅ Protein? Non-negotiable—especially for us ladies over 40! Keeping strong for the Bridge Run and beyond.
