We’re so excited to welcome Bennett to the Joint Effort team as our new personal trainer! ✨

A Charleston native, Bennett brings a lifelong passion for movement and a diverse background in personal training, yoga, dance, and functional anatomy. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with extensive training as a certified yoga instructor, and she has experience working with both children and adults in small-group and one-on-one settings. Bennett loves helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience through movement.

Bennett will be working closely with our physical therapy team to support patients as they transition out of PT and back into everyday activities, sports, and strength training.

She begins accepting appointments March 5, and we can’t wait for you to meet her! 💙

We’re launching a new wellness program and we’re looking for a Personal Trainer / PT Tech to join our team!

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about movement and interested in working closely with physical therapists in a collaborative, client-centered environment. You’ll support clients 1:1 and in small groups, assist with wellness programming, and help bring this new side of our practice to life.

This might be a great fit if you’re looking for:
• Guaranteed hours (W-2, not 1099) with room to grow
• A mix of personal training, wellness, marketing, and clinic support
