When Julie’s kids grew up and moved out, she thought the extra bedroom would just gather dust. Then she said yes to fostering.

Last week our KVC Engagement Champions were at Gallup's headquarters in Omaha for an annual team retreat. They spent the day meeting with Gallup leaders getting informed on the latest engagement findings, reviewed KVC's engagement, and discussed topics around wellbeing, operationalizing hope and recognition, and using CliftonStrengths to build upon relationships at KVC. KVC is a private, nonprofit child welfare organization that provides a diverse array of services including foster care, adoption, and in-home family preservation services. We are committed to enriching and enhancing the lives of West Virginia children and families.
