Good Bhav Yoga was founded by Kaitlin Taghivand a youthful yogi full of ancient wisdom and how to apply it to your modern day life. The Sanskrit word “Bhav” translates to mean “atmosphere”-good atmosphere, divine atmosphere, atmosphere of friendliness and compassion. Through the teachings of yoga your teacher, Kaitlins’ intent is to awaken your full potential by bringing you to your higher self. Your true self. Our mission is to offer the gift of yoga to communities and individuals that don’t have something like this available to them normally. Getting people of all ages, races, sizes, and backgrounds out of their comfort zones and into their deeper awareness...Super consciousness. The goal is to have everyone practice stretching their bodies and expanding their minds regularly. To ensure a deeper understanding all physical (asana) practice will be guided at a slow and gentle pace. Room is not heated. A schedule is currently in the making and will be posted as soon as it’s approved. If you know spaces available for class to be held please reach out to me here or at kaitag0307@gmail.com
