What this might look like is just another Girls Getaway and in a way it is... But it’s so much more! It’s women feeling confidence that each woman exudes from their Bikini Body. It’s women owning and honoring their body’s for where they are now and the mindset that has grown their self love. It’s no judgement. It’s no negative self talk. Its the simple action of making ourselves a priority and becoming part of a badass group of women that has bonded us in an indescribable way. When I signed up to be a coach 3 years ago, I knew it would 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐓 MY life. I signed up⁣ because after finishing two programs back to back and feeling “𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯” I was a walking testimony for these programs and these services based on the success I had as a postpartum momma. I figured I could try to help just a few people find that same success and feel good inside and out.

I 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐘 underestimated the power this decision would make. That one decision to help “𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯” has taken a ripple affect like none other I could have imagined.⁣

Every day, I check in with our accountability group and still in awe of the transformations happening because of one decision. The IMPACT that each woman’s one decision in this group has had on their own life, the strengthening moments within marriages, the power of influence and example for their children to be healthy.⁣

THAT is the 𝘛𝘙𝘜𝘌 𝘛𝘙𝘈𝘕𝘚𝘍𝘖𝘙𝘔𝘈𝘛𝘐𝘖𝘕. Not just the pounds lost, the inches disappearing or the pant size changes, but try the CHANGES happening within a family, the reconnections of long lost friends and the COMMUNITY that we all need every day. ⁣

YOU have the power to IMPACT. I hope you find motivation from my posts, but even Moreso I pray you USE that motivation to make one decision for yourself and watch it IMPACT every single person in your world. ⁣.

I have felt stuck in post Disney vacay mode, struggling to get back into my early AM, consistent groove, and not feeling very super inspired to move my body every day.....so naturally my inner competitor pops out and proposes a little inner challenge.

Have you heard of 75 hard?! While I think that’s amazing and I’m inspired by the people who do it fully, I’m also not looking to get that extreme and want to live life a little too. 🎉

Plus summer is right around the corner and 75 days is a lot to commit to. But 30 days I can do. And the workouts don’t have to be 45 minutes each like in the full out program so it’s not going to take up all your time.

There will be 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒔 and it is totally do able! Who is ready to level up and feel their best with me!?!

Enrollment is open now, I’ve got you covered on the workouts, nutrition and accountability. You decide what you want to give up. We are starting May 10th OFFICIALLY!

For some, maybe even the thought of working out is exhausting or@the thought of waking up earlier is overwhelming.

But, as the saying goes, “nothing changes if nothing changes.” so let’s plan it out.

1. schedule your workouts.
2. Lay out your clothes the night before.
3. MOST IMPORTANTLY have a plan. I knew what workouts I was doing everyday (thank goodness for a calendar)
4. Equally Important! Have accountability and people to workout with. If I didn’t show up on our zoom in the morning, you best believe I was getting a call to get my ass out of bed!
5. And even more so celebrate YOURSELF every freaking day for believing in yourself to START! It won’t be easy, but always worth it.

Past: 2017 I started postpartum 7 weeks after baby #2
Present: 2021 surviving a Pandemic year and Disney week of indulgence without shame
Future: 2019 It’s not the number on the scale, size of pants or abs you can count... I remember distinctly this was when I felt my healthiest version of me.

I’m proud of EACH of these women.
Past: thank you for believing in you enough to try.
Present: thank you for continuing to show up on days when you didn’t feel like it.
Future: thank you for showing me what my body is capable of.

So many people don’t even want to get started because of fear.

Afraid that it won’t work for them.
Afraid that you won’t stay on plan.
Afraid of what they have to “give up.”

This isn’t about doing it perfectly all the time, cutting out food and alcohol or even flipping your entire life around in one day. It’s about making small changes that lead to bigger changes, that leads to gaining a real life escape that you created just by starting with your mindset to WANT a healthier version of you.

I think about everything I’ve gained!
* A positive outlook
* More energy after 2 kids than in my college during my 20s
* The ability to keep up with my very active family
* A healthy relationship with my body
* A BALANCED approach to living life

I’ve learned to roll with it and giving it what I can each day.

On days when I feel tense and edgy because my beautiful angel children are once again screaming over who gets which breakfast bowl with the princess on it.... 𝘐 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮. ⁣

On days when I feel worried and anxious about my healthcare friends and family or others on the front line and what our “new normal” will be.... 𝘐 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮. ⁣

On days when I feel grateful and my heart could explode with excitement for the lives being changed and effected by the ripple effect.... 𝘐 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮. ⁣

𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐌. These girls. We show up together with every emotion. What started as just relationships built virtually, are now being transitioned into arranged marriages for our kids and sitting in a room listening to their deepest, life dreams.⁣

No judgement, just encouragement. Believe me, I would have rolled my eyes at that statement two years ago also.🤪 how can a group of women truly support one another and only want the best for that woman? I’ll show you!⁣⁣

“Self-love is possible right now. You can love yourself no matter what.” - Shannon Kaiser

Your body needs you. Your body, right now, needs your love.

It’s time to skip the self-sabotage.
Stop looking in the mirror and calling yourself names.
❤️ You overate this weekend? Move on + love yourself.
❤️ If you skip a workout, guess what - you’re still worthy of your love.

Self-love is not what you do; it is why you do it. And the only reason to do anything is because it makes us FEEL good!

So, as always, I challenge you to move your body in ways that bring you joy. Don’t suffer through a workout, if you dread it every single day. Find a style that works for you.

Eat without shame or guilt. You’ll be amazed at what happens.

Find ways to grow that don’t feel like a struggle. This might look like meditation (because you love the way it makes you feel), daily affirmations in the mirror (because it makes you feel amazing), or reading for 15 minutes to start your day (because it helps you center yourself).

A Moment For You
Self-love is not what you do - it is why you do it. Why do you do it?
